The first product is the Personality QuickScan which quickly allows the management to understand the personality styles of each team member. This gives more clarity and understanding why a team member behaves in the way he/she does. This can then be used to effectively lead to a conflict resolution scenario managed by the team managers/ team leaders.
The second is the Team ScoreCard (TSC) which is a diagnostic tool which explains in great detail the current and desired levels a team wishes to achieve. The TSC is an online questionnaire filled by individual members of the team, the results of which are processed by the proprietary software developed by the creators of these products, in the form of an exhaustive report. Since it is filled in by team members, the buy in for change, as a team, is already there. The graphical representation of the various attributes built in the TSC provides a clear path which the team, and therefore the organization, needs to take to progress from the current level to the desired level as depicted in the TSC report. It also provides an incisive view into the kind of training required for the shift to the desired level.
The third is the Team Centered Leadership program (TCL) which is a follow up program to the TSC spread over 2 days. This is not an imposition on the management from our end. However, we merely suggest it in the absence of any similar structured program in the organizations repertoire of programs. This is a certified program and US Company will provide certification at the end of the workshop after a mandatory project assignment and written exam.
